Position Overview Blu Capital is seeking an accomplished executive to lead our next phase of growth. The Executive Vice President of Commercial Finance & Business Development will work directly with the CEO to drive revenue growth, expand Blu Capital's market presence across the United States, recruit and develop a high-performing sales organization, build strategic partnerships, and help position the company as a premier commercial finance provider. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader who enjoys building companies, developing people, and creating scalable systems that generate sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's strategic growth plan throughout the United States. Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales organization. Drive business development across all commercial finance products, including Invoice Factoring, Asset-Based Lending (ABL), Purchase Order Financing, Invoice Purchasing, Freight Bill Advances, Commercial Real Estate Bridge Lending, Working Capital Solutions, and Structured Commercial Finance. Develop strategic relationships with banks, commercial lenders, CPAs, attorneys, business consultants, transportation companies, freight brokers, and referral partners. Establish measurable KPIs, scalable sales processes, and a culture of accountability. Collaborate directly with the CEO to achieve aggressive revenue and profitability goals. Coordinate closely with Blu Capital's operations team in Mexico to ensure an exceptional client experience and efficient operational execution. Qualifications 7+ years of executive leadership experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and developing strategic business relationships within commercial finance, factoring, asset-based lending, commercial banking, transportation, logistics, or related B2B financial services. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build scalable organizations and deliver measurable results.
