Executive Director 30 to 40 Hours - Full Time. Location: Bradenton, FL, US. Salary: $75,000.00 Annually. Responsibilities Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, state hospitals, and the general public. Show compassion for and desire to work with the elderly. Demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as both a team member and an individual. Act honestly, fairly, and dependably, respecting confidentiality and the privacy rights of others. Practice and promote Villas of Holly Brook policies and procedures, and the mission statement. Use intermediate-level word processing and data processing skills, including spreadsheets. Exhibit negotiation and conflict management skills. Apply business skills in budgeting, soft sales, and marketing. Work effectively with all levels of employees. Coaching, mentoring, and development of staff. Manage complex resident relationships with persuasive and diplomatic approaches, handling conflict. Use experience with financial reporting and manage multiple budgets. Qualifications Associate’s Degree preferred. 2 years of management experience. 2 years of Memory Care experience required. All required licenses in good standing. Ability to work flexible hours due to position demands. Weekends required. Benefits Medical, dental, vision insurance. Paid time off.
