SupplyDen is looking for a mechanically skilled, customer-focused Service Technician to join our Auburn Hills team.

You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cleaning and facility equipment including floor scrubbers, sweepers, vacuums, extractors, and other powered equipment. Work is performed both in our shop and at customer locations throughout Southeast Michigan.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Troubleshoot batteries, chargers, motors, pumps, switches, and related components.
• Complete repairs in our shop and at customer locations.
• Communicate with customers about equipment problems and recommended repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records and an organized work area.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Equipment repair experience preferred; commercial cleaning equipment experience is a plus.
• Ability to read manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Comfortable working independently and solving problems.
• Dependable with good communication and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable using computers and technology for equipment diagnostics, parts lookup, service documentation, email, and manufacturer support systems.
