Full-Time  |  On-Site  |  Monday–Friday  |  40 Hours/Week

Sensenbrenner Primary Care is looking for an experienced, dependable Medical Assistant to work directly alongside our providers and patients.

• Active North Carolina certification as a Medical Assistant
• Prior clinical experience is required — this is not an entry-level position
• Professional references will be requested
• Strong leadership skills and confidence to take ownership of your role
• Someone who adapts quickly, stays organized, and communicates well under pressure

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with a 1-hour lunch)
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 10:45 AM
• Based on a 40-hour work week
• No nights, no weekends — and off all major holidays

Compensation

We're committed to paying competitively and are comfortable paying above the Charlotte market average for candidates who bring the experience, skills, and leadership qualities we value.

Hourly Pay Range

Medical Assistant (MA)

$18 – $26 / hr
