Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric PT evaluations and treatments affecting functional abilities within the outpatient setting
- Assess patient status, formulate therapy diagnoses, and develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Supervise and direct Physical Therapist Assistants and other designated staff as assigned
- Collaborate with referring providers and care team members; participate in rounds and care conferences
- Document encounter findings, treatment plans, goals, and prognoses according to policy; ensure timely, compliant care
- Educate patients and families; develop and deliver home exercise programs; promote self-care and independence
- Assist with equipment needs, participate in clinic operations, and support quality assurance initiatives

Requirements
- Alaska license: active Physical Therapist license required at time of submission
- Education: master's or doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, or equivalent combination per policy
- Certifications: current Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience: minimum 1 year of adult outpatient rehab experience
- Other: valid driver's license; flu vaccination; ability to work in a hospital-based outpatient setting
- Start readiness: must complete fingerprinting process and have results available; start date contingent on processing
