Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active Alaska license at time of submission
• Flu vaccination required
• Minimum 1 year experience in adult outpatient rehab
• Valid driver‘s license required

Assignment Details

• 40 hours a week
• Shifts vary
• Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Saturday, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

Location Highlights
