Job Description

Position: Assistant Project Manager (Multifamily Builds)


Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing planning, design, and construction of projects
• Work closely with architects, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery
• Conduct site visits, manage documentation, communicate with clients, monitor project progress, and assist with project closeout

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
