Business Development Manager

Job Summary: America’s Floor Source, a leading full-service flooring provider, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth within the property management sector. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with property management firms to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and knowledge of the property management industry. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with property management companies. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within the property management industry. Strategic Networking: Represent America’s Floor Source at industry events, trade shows, and networking groups to increase brand visibility. Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business development strategies. Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and generate qualified leads. Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and service agreements tailored to the needs of property management firms. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of new partnerships. Sales Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM tools to manage accounts, track sales activity, and provide regular progress reports. Customer Experience Focus: Ensure superior customer satisfaction by understanding client expectations and ensuring successful project execution. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the property management or flooring industry. Strong understanding of the property management sector and its operational challenges. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and industry professionals. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed for networking events and client meetings.
