Our agency opened in 2018 and is a close-knit team of two. Ive been with State Farm since 2005 and come from a long line of insurance professionals as a third-generation State Farm agent. That background helped shape my passion for the industry and for building strong relationships with customers. Im a proud dad of two boys and enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors whenever I can. Family and balance are very important to me, and that perspective carries into how I run the office. For our team, we offer a strong focus on work-life balance and reimbursement for licensing costs as you grow in your career. Our culture is friendly, supportive, and collaborative. As a smaller office, we value teamwork and communication. Were looking for someone with a positive attitude, a friendly personality, and an eagerness to learn and grow as part of a close-knit team. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bert West - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
