We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. This role is ideal for someone who loves helping customers, solving problems, and building relationships - someone who takes pride in being the front line of service and communication.
What You’ll Do
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, quotes, product details, and shipments
- Provide accurate information and timely follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process orders and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Proactively reach out to dealers and branch locations to introduce programs, follow up on opportunities, and convert conversations into orders
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
- Support sales and operations teams with customer insights and order updates
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands‑on customer service experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable with outbound phone activity and proactive outreach
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
