Lawn Doctor of DeSoto County is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is more than answering phones. You'll help take care of our current customers, speak with potential new customers, provide estimates, follow up on sales opportunities, and help keep our day-to-day office running smoothly. The position will begin part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls from current and potential customers
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Prepare estimates and explain our lawn care services
- Follow up with customers and potential customers by phone
- Recommend and sell services when appropriate
- Help resolve customer questions and concerns
- Maintain accurate customer information in our system
- Assist with general day-to-day office tasks
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Friendly and confident communicating by phone
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale
- Coachable and willing to learn
