ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2018 and is a close-knit team of two. I've been with State Farm since 2005 and come from a long line of insurance professionals as a third-generation State Farm agent. That background helped shape my passion for the industry and for building strong relationships with customers.

I'm a proud dad of two boys and enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors whenever I can. Family and balance are very important to me, and that perspective carries into how I run the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bert West - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
