Optum is seeking a Strategic Outpatient Engagement & Management (STEM) Care Advocate to conduct telephonic clinical reviews with providers, ensuring members receive effective outpatient behavioral health care across Medicaid and Medicare. This inbound-queue, fully remote role runs Monday–Friday, 10:30am–7:00pm CST and allows remote work from anywhere in the U.S. You will help shape member treatment in collaboration with providers, administer benefits, and review treatment plans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
