Estimating Coordinator - Full Remote

Job Title

Key Responsibilities

- Read drawings and perform detailed take-offs of companies related products. - Read through specifications, input take-offs in excel sheets that are provided. - Able to read blueprints, floor plans, or related bid documents. - Able to prepare estimates in a timely fashion and meet customers deadlines. - Able to review proposal pricing for accuracy, item counts, misspellings, address verification prior to submitting. - Able to communicate with customer to finalize pricing proposal on request for information (RFIs), addendums, etc. - Able to communicate with customer to finalize the closing of a sale from the provided pricing proposal you created. - Able to bring savings to a project by communicating with vendors for special pricing.

Qualifications

- Excellent fluent English verbal and written communication. - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in related field. - Outstanding organization and time management skills. - Keen attention to details is a must. An assessment will be given to test your proficiency and detail orientation. - Work independently, with little supervision. - Good establishing rapport and building strong relationships quickly. - Friendly, fast learner who can adapt to change and have a "can-do" attitude - Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams, etc.
