We are seeking an experienced Travel X-Ray Technologist for a full-time travel assignment in Glens Falls, New York. Join a busy imaging department where you'll work alongside an experienced clinical team delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging using advanced radiographic equipment.

Schedule

• 8-hour day shifts
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Every 4th weekend rotation
• No on-call

Position Overview

As a Travel X-Ray Technologist, you will perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic examinations while ensuring patient safety and comfort. You'll work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, collaborating with physicians and the imaging team to provide accurate diagnostic imaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations
• Operate digital radiographic equipment
• Position patients safely and accurately
• Maintain image quality and patient safety standards
• Document exams using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff
• Follow all hospital imaging protocols and infection control standards

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of current X-Ray experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Level I Trauma experience preferred
• Previous travel assignment experience preferred

Licensure & Certifications

• Active New York Radiologic Technologist License (Required)
• ARRT (R) Certification (Required)
• Active AHA BLS Certification (Required)
