Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse (RN)



Location: Sylmar , California

Job Description:

• Provide occupational health services and first aid to employees.
• Manage employee injuries, illnesses, and workers' compensation cases.
• Conduct medical surveillance, health screenings, and maintain required records.
• Manage medical supplies and occupational health programs.
• Coordinate health and safety programs with EH&S and HR teams.
• Conduct employee health and safety training and support emergency response activities.
• Work with managers, supervisors, and employees on workplace health concerns.
• Support return-to-work programs and reduce workers' compensation costs through effective case management.
• Maintain compliance with company occupational health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• 2 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Current California RN license.
