Job Summary

Occupational Health RN responsible for providing on-site employee healthcare, injury/illness management, workers' compensation case management, medical surveillance, emergency response, and occupational health program coordination. The role works closely with EH&S, HR, managers, supervisors, and employees to promote workplace health, safety, prevention, and effective return-to-work programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site occupational health services, including first aid and employee injury/illness care .
• Manage employee injuries, illnesses, and associated workers' compensation cases .
• Coordinate return-to-work and case management activities.
• Administer medical surveillance programs, screenings, logs, and occupational health protocols.
• Manage and maintain medical supplies and equipment .
• Support corporate occupational health and safety programs.
• Conduct applicable employee health and safety training .
• Participate in Emergency Response activities and site safety teams.
• Partner with EH&S and HR on employee health and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers, supervisors, and employees on occupational health matters.
• Develop and implement prevention strategies to reduce workers' compensation costs and workplace injuries .
• Maintain accurate medical and occupational health documentation.
