In-Home Caregiver / Personal Care Aide – Southfield, MI

CareOne Senior Care is seeking reliable, compassionate, and dedicated caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to seniors and adults in the Southfield area. If you are passionate about helping others maintain their independence and quality of life, we invite you to join our growing team.

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will assist clients with daily living activities while providing companionship, safety supervision, and support in the comfort of their homes. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a supportive and experienced care team.

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Provide medication reminders
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community outings as authorized
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior

We offer flexible scheduling to fit a variety of availability, including:

• Competitive pay ranging from $14.00–$17.00 per hour

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude
• Ability to perform physical caregiving duties as needed
• Successfully pass a background screening
• TB test required prior to employment
