Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Commercial Litigation Attorney . Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 5+ hours per week . Attorney Responsibilities Provide support on commercial litigation matters, with construction litigation experience being a plus but not required Draft substantive motions, including Motions to Dismiss, Motions for Summary Judgment, and other litigation‑related documents Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda Review case files and assist with litigation strategy Provide high‑level drafting support on active litigation mattersCollaborate with the hiring attorney to efficiently move cases forward Attorney Requirements Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida Minimum of 5+ years of Florida commercial litigation experience Exceptional legal drafting skills, with the ability to independently prepare substantive motions and pleadings Strong legal research and analytical skills Construction litigation experience is a plus, but not required Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to meet deadlines Self‑starter who can work independently and produce high‑quality work with minimal supervision Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour . #J-18808-Ljbffr
