ABOUT THE ROLE Our client is seeking a Senior Insurance Defense Attorney with 7+ years of litigation experience to join their Boca Raton office as part of their Global Insurance Department. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating personal injury cases involving liability disputes and product liability claims. The candidate must have experience taking depositions, leading trials, hearings, and drafting and arguing motions. Strong legal research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required.
