Lead first-chair trial and arbitration hearings. Advise homeowners, contractors, HOAs, and Condominium Associations on construction and renovation issues. Communicate empathetically with clients needing guidance on critical issues. Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently. Negotiate with opposing parties to resolve construction disputes. Direct and delegate work on complex litigation matters to associates and paralegals. Requirements Licensed attorney in Florida with 10+ years of construction litigation experience. Knowledge of Florida's Construction Lien Law and Condo/HOA laws. Results-oriented with a focus on positive client outcomes. Experience in the construction industry or transactional work is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle tough client conversations. Proficient with technology and AI. Detail-oriented with a high volume of work. Effective communicator who instills client confidence. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
