HORIZON CARE CENTER:  Is a 280 bed skilled nursing facility in Far Rockaway NY were looking for a Director of Maintenance to join are team.

POSTION SUMMARY:  -  Plans, organizes, develops, coordinates and directs the Maintenance Department and its Programs and activities in accordance with current Federal, State, and Local guidelines and regulations, accepted standards of practice and as may be directed by Administration.

REPORTS TO  Administrator

QUALIFICATIONS: High School or Trade School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Must be licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, coded, labor laws and etc.

· Must be knowledgeable of maintenance practices and procedures, as well as the laws, regulations and guidelines governing maintenance functions in the long-term care facility.

·Nursing Home Supervisory experience is Must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $0.10 per year

Experience:

• Maintenance: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
