Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, 12-hour shifts; 36 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit position. Candidates must be comfortable with each specialty and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The role requires a focused approach with the ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a small, rural facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms.
• Manage medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 3+ years of experience in Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care settings.
• Current New Hampshire RN license or Compact RN license.
• Basic dysrhythmia test completion required.
• Active American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with Medhost preferred.
• Previous travel experience and rural facility experience highly preferred.
