Job Summary

The client is seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in financial services and accounting . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent attention to detail, and experience performing data entry and maintaining accurate records .

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial and accounting records.
\n
• Review, validate, and update financial information in internal systems.
\n
• Support daily accounting and financial services operations.
\n
• Process and maintain financial documents, records, and transactions.
\n
• Reconcile and verify data to identify discrepancies or errors.
\n
• Perform research and follow established financial and accounting procedures.
\n
• Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and databases using MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
\n
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and other administrative activities related to financial operations.
\n
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of financial information.
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data or transaction-related issues.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field .
\n
• Previous experience in financial services and/or accounting .
\n
• Hands-on experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
\n
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Office .
\n
• Ability to work with large volumes of financial data and follow established processes and procedures.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n
