Volt is immediately hiring an Financial Representative in Pittsburgh PA

As a Financial Representative you will:

• Assist multiple Operations teams who support Investment Management, Banking and Loan products though out the life of an account
• Someone who has a Degree in Accounting/Finance/Mathematics/Economics/Statistics would be highly preferred.
• Someone with 0-2 years of financial domain experience would be great to have.

Key responsibilities include:

• Data entry and review of sensitive client information across multiple systems and processes
• Document management including scanning, filing, vault maintenance
• Processing of incoming and outgoing mail which includes checks, proxies, loan documentation, statements and various client communications.

Skills Required:

• Strong attention to detail with ability to process critical data accurately and timely.
• Excellent client service skills using both written and oral communication
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office products.
• High organizational ability while being able to prioritize multiple tasks in a changing environment.

This is a Contract full time opportunity.

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
