Benefits Manager / Senior Benefits Manager Direct Hire · Onsite, 5 days/week Degree or AA is a MUST – will be verified. About the Role A week‑known pharma company with extremely high growth is looking for a Benefits Manager to support over 1,000 employees. The role takes full ownership of our benefits programs and serves as the subject‑matter expert for everything benefits‑related. We are not looking for HR candidates with general benefits experience – we need true Benefits Managers. This role is built for someone who takes real pride in owning benefits end‑to‑end, doesn’t wait to be asked, builds structure where there isn’t any, and genuinely enjoys being the person employees turn to. You’ll have the autonomy to do the work your way, with a supportive leader who trusts her team.
