Senior Content Strategist - Human Resources

The Sr. Content Strategist is responsible for creating and executing Inspire's HR content plan in alignment with business goals, people strategy and team member needs. This role manages content and communications across the employee lifecycle ensuring consistent, high-impact messaging across all channels.RESPONSIBILITIESPartner across Inspire People COEs and org to ensure content strategy aligns with larger HR roadmap/business prioritiesPartner with enterprise communication team to define/create cohesive content strategy to embed global HR initiatives and messaging throughout Inspire while championing accessibility, inclusive language and consistencyOversee content planning, HR communication calendars, and governanceDevelop differentiated messaging rooted in audience insights and value/benefitsEnsure that employee-facing messaging, presentations, and other resources adhere to content strategy, corporate branding guidelines and enable HR business goals/objectivesDevelop presentation content for HR townhalls, ILG meetings and other eventsEstablish messaging frameworks and improve content operations, workflows and quality standardsManage content on company portal and ensure content libraries are updated periodicallyDefine audience segments and content needs across the team member journeyCoach senior HR leaders in storytelling and content strategy best practicesUse data and analytics to measure and optimize content performanceOwn content investment decisionsCreate marketing campaigns to build employee awareness of, buy-in and participation in HR solutions/initiativesEDUCATION QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree in communications, journalism, or English preferredEXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS10+ years of strategic planning and stakeholder management experience in a highly matrixed business with multiple lines of business10+ years of experience managing content strategy in employee or HR communications5+ years working cross-functionally across HR to provide employee, team leader and executive communicationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIESWorking knowledge of all HR disciplines/initiativesExperience as technical writer preferredInspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 33,300 Arby's, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin', Jimmy John's, and SONIC restaurants worldwide.
