Senior Human Resources Generalist

Our client is a premier, multi-site e-commerce logistics and global supply chain fulfillment provider managing extensive distribution networks nationwide (500+ employees). We are seeking a strategically minded, operationally sound Senior HR Generalist / HRBP to anchor people operations across their primary shipping corridors. This mid-senior position partners directly with regional warehouse operations directors to govern employee relations, mitigate multi-state compliance risks, and optimize regional labor retention. Responsibilities Employee Relations: Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters, conducting objective workplace investigations and designing proactive conflict resolution programs. Labor Compliance Management: Ensure absolute site-level adherence to federal, state, and local labor regulations (including FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, and multi-state wage-and-hour frameworks). Performance Coaching: Partner with warehouse floor managers to deploy performance management rubrics, executing constructive feedback cycles and corrective action pipelines. Onboarding & Offboarding Architecture: Standardize regional onboarding programs to maximize new-hire retention, while conducting thorough exit analysis loops to identify structural turnover triggers. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Experience: 4 to 7 years of progressive human resources experience, featuring at least 2+ years operating in a field HR capacity within logistics, manufacturing, retail supply chain, or hospitality. Compliance Precision: Deep, practical knowledge of multi-state employment compliance, workplace safety regulations, and payroll time-keeping interfaces. Certifications: Professional HR certifications (such as PHR or SHRM-CP) are highly valued.
