Full Stack Software Engineer

Description An early-stage humanoid robotics startup building cutting-edge robotic systems from the ground up. You'll be joining a scrappy, high-impact engineering team working on real hardware and software integration challenges. What You'll Work On Build and maintain software infrastructure to support QA, testing pipelines, and system integration Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines - with a heavy focus on the CI (Continuous Integration) side Support hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and subsystem integration testing Work on ROS (Robot Operating System) environments, including CI/CD pipelines specific to ROS Contribute to core backend infrastructure across a variety of fast-moving projects What We're Looking For Must Haves Strong C++ proficiency - this is the #1 requirement Solid CI/CD experience - candidates must have hands-on experience with both CI and CD (CI is the current priority) Strong backend fundamentals and system design skills Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguous requirements Strong Plusses ROS / ROS2 experience, especially CI/CD pipeline work in ROS environments Robotics systems background - hardware, embedded, or robotic software development Experience with Python for automation or scripting Familiarity with Go or Node (secondary to C++ and system design) Interview Process Initial recruiter screen Technical / coding screen On-site final interview - bring a laptop, may include hands-on technical assessment NDA required prior to on-site interview Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Mountain View, CA.
