About the Role Commercial Real Estate Associate Location: San Antonio, TX Entrust Commercial Advisors is a growing commercial real estate team operating within KW Commercial. We represent owners, investors, landlords, tenants, and developers throughout Central and South Texas, specializing in office, industrial, retail, investment sales, and property management. We’re building a modern brokerage that combines relationship-driven business development with technology, and data to better serve our clients. About the Role We’re looking for an ambitious, coachable individual who wants to build a long-term career in commercial real estate. You’ll work directly alongside experienced brokers, gain hands‑on transaction experience, and learn every aspect of the brokerage business. Responsibilities Prospecting for new business and building client relationships Conducting property tours and market research Assisting with leasing and investment sales transactions Preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials Managing CRM activities and transaction coordination Networking and representing the firm in the marketplace Qualifications Active Texas Real Estate License preferred, or willingness to obtain one Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial Comfortable learning new technology, CRM platforms Sales, business development, or commercial real estate experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Entrust?
