The successful Mechanics will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of over-the-road infrastructure maintenance equipment, including vac trucks, street sweepers, pumps, plows, etc. Compensation $30.00 - $38.00/hour to start based on experience. Quarterly bonuses of around 6% of annual base pay. Comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, and vision insurance. PTO and sick/personal days. 401K match. Shift Schedule Monday to Friday, 6AM-8AM start time. Key Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic or related field (heavy equipment, oilfield, automotive, etc.) Foundational knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
