Clinical DirectorJoin our team as a Clinical Director in a community-based healthcare setting in Brooklyn, NY. This contract position requires an experienced leader to oversee behavioral health programs, manage clinical staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. The role involves collaboration with executive leadership and requires strong clinical judgment and supervisory experience.Key responsibilities include:Provide clinical oversight and leadership for behavioral health programs.Supervise and develop clinical staff through regular evaluations.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations.Partner with leadership to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.Support licensing, accreditation, and audit readiness activities.Qualifications:LCSW (Licensed clinical Social worker) required.Willingness to get a CASAC after hire - Full CASAC preferred (CASAC Level 1 or higher).5 years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health.Experience supervising licensed clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.Strong knowledge of community behavioral health programs and quality assurance.
