As an Inbound Calls Licensed Insurance Sales Agent , you'll assist customers who contact us regarding their insurance needs. Your role is to understand their goals, answer their questions, recommend appropriate coverage, and confidently guide them through the enrollment process.

About the Role

As an Inbound Calls Licensed Insurance Sales Agent , you will help qualified customers who contact the agency seeking insurance solutions. You'll provide a consultative sales experience while building trust and delivering exceptional customer service over the phone.

What You'll Do

Inbound Customer Consultations

• Assist customers through inbound phone calls regarding their insurance needs.

• Conduct needs-based consultations to understand each customer's goals and coverage requirements.

• Build rapport and establish trust through professional, personalized conversations.

Product Presentation & Sales

• Clearly explain insurance products, coverage options, and policy benefits.

• Present personalized insurance solutions based on each customer's needs.

• Help customers make informed decisions regarding their insurance coverage.

• Address customer questions and confidently overcome objections.

• Guide customers through the enrollment process and successfully close new business.

Customer Experience

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial call through policy enrollment.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of all insurance products and services offered.

• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless customer support.

• Accurately document customer interactions and policy information.

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who possess:

• An active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).

• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.

• Confidence in presenting insurance products and explaining their value.

• Effective objection-handling and problem-solving skills.

• A customer-focused and results-driven mindset.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay of $28/hour + Commission

• Expected annual earnings between $45,000 and $110,000 , based on performance.

• $250 stipend for Health Insurance

• 8 paid holidays

• 3 sick days

• 5 days PTO after year one

• 10 days PTO after year two
