Building Systems Designer-BIM/Revit

Job Title: Building Systems Designer-BIM/Revit Location: Houston, TX Position Summary Telios Corporation is seeking a Building Systems Designer – BIM/Revit to join our Technology Systems team in Houston. This position is ideal for an experienced BIM professional with strong Revit skills and experience developing and coordinating models and construction documents for commercial building projects. The Building Systems Designer will work closely with engineers, designers, architects, and other project team members to develop and coordinate technology and low-voltage building systems, including telecommunications, structured cabling, security, audiovisual, wireless, and other intelligent building technologies. The ideal candidate has experience working in a multidisciplinary BIM environment and understands how architectural, structural, MEP, and technology systems come together within a coordinated building model. Previous low-voltage systems experience is preferred but not required for a candidate with strong BIM/Revit experience and a solid understanding of building design and construction. Responsibilities Develop and coordinate Revit models for technology and low-voltage building systems Produce construction documents, including floor plans, layouts, riser diagrams, details, and schedules Coordinate models and drawings with architectural, structural, MEP, and other building disciplines Identify and assist in resolving BIM coordination conflicts and constructability issues Manage Revit project components, including linked models, worksets, views, families, schedules, and sheets Apply established BIM standards, templates, and model organization practices Incorporate design revisions, markups, and field information into project models and documents Support project teams through design, coordination, and construction administration Minimum Criteria 3+ years of professional Autodesk Revit experience in a BIM production, design, or coordination environment Experience developing and coordinating Revit models for commercial or institutional building projects Experience working with architectural and MEP Revit models and linked project files Associate or bachelor's degree in BIM/VDC, drafting and design, engineering technology, construction technology, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional BIM experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Telios Corporation
