Part Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We are looking for warehouses who can work Sat and Sun 7am-5:30pm. The job consists of working in small teams to load/unload boxes in trailers. We are paid per box, so the faster you work, more boxes you process, the more money you make. The average employee averages $300-500 a weekend but our fastest employees make over $800 a weekend. Those individuals are pushing to be as fast as possible both loading and unloading. They make even more when then stay later or come in on extra days. In this role Report to work on time (7pm) and in dress code (Safety vest and Steel toes) Unloading trailers (Scanning boxes and placing them from the conveyor belt into a cage.) Loading trailers (Scanning boxes and placing them from a cage onto a conveyor belt) While scanning, make sure every scan is done properly and placed into the correct cage location. Maintain a safe, positive work environment Pay Paid per box: $160-$200 per day The faster you work, the more boxes you get done, the more money you make. Schedule Part Time Shift (Sat and Sun) 7:00pm- 7:00am we sometimes finish early What you’ll do Keep yourself safe and follow company policies Have good attendance Work with other teams to keep operations running smoothly Push yourself to get work done more efficiently What we’re looking for Great attendance and punctuality Work well in a team setting Stays motivated under a fast-paced environment.
