CNC Machinist

FTS / Flexblue Staffing is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for producing precision parts that meet tight tolerances and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and G-code programs Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for materials Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision tools Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment Troubleshoot machining issues and improve processes Qualifications 2+ years of CNC machining experience Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Knowledge of G-code and CNC programming basics Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred (Not Required) Experience with multi-axis machining Familiarity with CAD/CAM software Background in metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing Ability to program/edit CNC programs #J-18808-Ljbffr TempWorks Software Incorporated
