Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required; BSN preferred)
• Minimum of 1–2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred (ICU, Step-Down, or Telemetry)
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS required or obtained within a specified timeframe
• Strong cardiac monitoring and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to Step-Down/PCU patients
• Monitor patient status and cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications and treatments
• Document patient care accurately
• Collaborate with the healthcare team
• Respond to changes in patient condition and emergencies
