NETWORK ENGINEER II

Job Title
The services provided by this position will be to assist in the management and support of Network Access Management Infrastructure Services and Agency Transitions.
This infrastructure and transition work includes activities such as keeping agencies and enterprise F5, Cisco and Palo Alto Firewalls at current levels, researching and installing new and/or additional hardware/software, scripting and deploying software/application updates to network access management devices, and providing day-to-day problem resolution to technical staff and agency customers.
Working together with other agency and division staff, this position will enable DET to provide technological support to assist Network Access Management staff to manage their workload demands and stay on schedule with critical business timelines for projects to implement programs, make business process improvements - as well as refresh technology, to assure that IT applications continue to perform as needed.
