Front Desk Supervisor
Location: Cincinnati, OH, 45202
Job Description:

We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong leadership abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise front desk staff
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Train new front desk staff on company policies and procedures
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist with scheduling and payroll for front desk staff

Requirements:

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
High school diploma or equivalent
