We are seeking an experienced Kubernetes Engineer/Administrator to support a large-scale enterprise cloud transformation initiative focused on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) deployments across multiple Azure regions. Position Details- Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

- GitOps, ArgoCD & GitHub Actions
- Azure Networking, Private Endpoints & Security
- Kubernetes RBAC, OIDC & Managed Identities
- Azure Key Vault & Azure Policy Management
- Linkerd Service Mesh
- Monitoring & Observability using Azure Monitor
- Disaster Recovery & Multi-Region Deployments
- Platform Engineering & FinOps
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-scale AKS clusters
- Build secure, scalable, and highly available Kubernetes environments
- Develop reusable Terraform modules and CI/CD pipelines
- Implement GitOps workflows and deployment automation
- Ensure governance, compliance, security, and operational reliability
- Support production operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization
- 5+ years of hands-on Kubernetes production experience
- 2+ years of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) experience
- Strong expertise in Terraform and Azure cloud services
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Helm, kubectl, Linux, and GitHub Actions
- AZ-305: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- AZ-500: Azure Security Engineer Associate
- AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate
- CKA / CKS Certifications
- Platform Engineering
- Policy-as-Code (OPA, Kyverno, Azure Policy)
- Chaos Engineering & Reliability Testing
- Multi-Cluster Kubernetes Management
- Internal Developer Platforms (IDP)
