Leasing Manager
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Manager at 300 East Seventeenth Apartments to lead our onsite leasing team and help drive occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction. In this role, you'll oversee daily leasing activities, build relationships with prospective and current residents, and coach your team to achieve leasing goals.
Working closely with the Community Manager, you'll help create a high-performing, service-oriented team while supporting overall community operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized leader, and results-driven professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of residential leasing experience required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service mindset
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and dependable
