## Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Specialist to join our team in Carrollton, GA, 30117. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting processes. ## Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
