2027 MedTech Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP)- Full-Time

Johnson & Johnson

Johnson & Johnson seeks MBA graduates for a two-year MedTech Marketing Leadership Development Program starting 2027. Participants complete two rotations across global strategic and U.S. downstream marketing, gaining exposure to product launches, market strategy, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead worldwide product launches and develop marketing materials, pricing, and forecasts
Develop global brand strategies including positioning, segmentation, and lifecycle management
Implement regional product launches through customer-facing initiatives and market education
Partner with sales and R&D teams to align customer insights with marketing strategy
Address strategic business issues with exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional teams

Requirements

MBA graduation between July 2026 and June 2027
Minimum 4 years professional work experience post-undergraduate degree
Permanent U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship required
Healthcare, medical device, or commercial marketing experience preferred
Ability to evaluate and adopt new AI tools for project needs
On-site work 3 days weekly at designated locations
Demonstrated passion for healthcare advancement and patient outcomes
