Marketing Program Manager

Drive go-to-market plans, product launches, and integrated campaigns to reach target audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Sales, PR, Legal, Creative) to align on messaging and objectives. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user insights to inform marketing strategies. Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and performance metrics. Oversee creative development, media planning, and campaign execution across channels (email, social, digital, events, etc.). Measure and report on campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and engagement. Lead or support thought leadership, content creation, and brand storytelling initiatives. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or campaign management. Experience working on cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or advanced degree in marketing or related field. Experience with B2B or B2C marketing in the tech or digital space. Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools/platforms. Demonstrated creativity and innovation in marketing strategy and execution.
