We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Virtual Medical Assistant to join New Paradigm Staffing , connecting aspiring healthcare professionals to remote clinical support roles.
This role is perfect for someone looking to enter the clinical support field without being onsite. You’ll assist providers by managing administrative tasks, documenting patient information, and supporting virtual workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct virtual rooming and collect patient histories
- Update medical records and documentation
- Coordinate labs, referrals, and follow-ups
- Support providers during telehealth appointments
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate records
