Staff AccountantWorth Higgins & Associates, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team with option for hybrid remote work schedule. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business management is preferred. Four years of financial or accounts receivable work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing and review; responsible for ensuring timely payment collections and disbursementsAssist in preparation of monthly financial reports and play a part in month end, quarter end and year end closing processPerform account reconciliations and journal entriesAd-hoc reporting and special projectsMust be proficient in Microsoft Office with an advanced knowledge of Excel, including but not limited to VLOOKUP and pivot tablesAbility to develop macros and automate repetitive tasks is a plus
