The Ailion Team at RE/MAX Town and Country is hiring three licensed Real Estate Sales Agents to work with home buyers across metro Atlanta. If you're licensed or actively pursuing your Georgia license and want a business built on high-intent inbound leads instead of cold-calling for them, keep reading.

What you need
- An active Georgia real estate license (or actively pursuing one)
- A track record of sales success in real estate or another field
- Strong organization and follow-through; this business runs on responsiveness
- Comfort with CRM tools, AI, social media, and the other systems we use daily
- Self-direction we support you, but you own your business
