Position: Forklift Operator

Location: Florence, NJ (Must be open to relocating/working in Philadelphia by September)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: Competitive Pay + Increase Upon Permanent Hire

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join a growing warehouse team in Florence, NJ. The ideal candidate will have experience operating both stand-up reach trucks and sit-down forklifts , handling inventory, picking orders, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders by case or pallet.
• Operate stand-up reach and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Stage and load outbound trucks.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and process orders.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including cleaning and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse/distribution experience .
• Experience operating stand-up reach and sit-down forklifts .
• Proficiency using RF Scan Guns .
• Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory systems.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
