Now hiring a Forklift Associate in Fairless Hills, PA , offering full-time and part-time shifts with pay rates ranging from $19-$23/hour , depending on experience. Shifts are available from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, providing flexible scheduling options.

This is a direct hire opportunity supporting daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, receiving, organization, and general facility upkeep.

About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll work safely in a fast-paced environment, handling loading and unloading trucks, managing inventory, and contributing to warehouse efficiency. Your role will include receiving merchandise, verifying shipments, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Dependability, quick decision-making, and a proactive mindset are essential.

Pay Rate: $19.00–$23.00/hr (depending on experience)

Available Shift Times:

6:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday–Sunday (multiple shifts available)

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
Load, unload, and stage shipments
Maintain accurate inventory records
Ensure safety and cleanliness in the warehouse
Support continuous process improvements

Key Requirements:

3–5 years of warehouse and forklift experience
Valid forklift certification (current and expiring no later than 03/2027)
Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds regularly
Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
