Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-Hour Lunch)

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and forklift operation. This position requires a self-starter who is organized, learns quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Operate both Sit-Down and Reach Truck Forklifts safely and efficiently
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Use RF scanners (RF guns) for inventory and order processing
Handle shipping functions, including:
- Rate shopping carriers
- Creating Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Loading trucks
- Organizing freight for shipment
Receive incoming shipments by:
- Unloading trucks
- Verifying and checking in materials
- Processing purchase orders (POs)
Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required:

Certified and experienced operating both Sit-Down and Reach Truck Forklifts
Previous warehouse experience, including picking and packing
Experience using RF scanners/RF guns
Previous shipping experience, including BOL creation, freight organization, and truck loading
Previous receiving experience, including unloading trucks, checking in materials, and handling purchase orders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
Ability to learn quickly and work independently
Valid Driver's License (MVA record check required)

Preferred:

Experience with P21

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, move, and carry materials throughout the shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
